Taipei.Taiwan After working for several years, I start to feel the working culture here is changing. Maybe it’s due to the reorganization held recently; maybe it’s due to the fast growth last year. No matter what the root cause is, it seems to me that the trend is moving toward a worse direction, a more chaotic situation. As a small part of the system, I can only observe it, hear comments and rumors from others, but can’t do anything about it nor figure out a good way to improve it. Some of the senior colleagues are leaving for unknown reasons. The atmosphere in the office seems not so good. How long can I still tolerate this environment?
